The Oregon Data Suite lets you review data for your whole class, grade level, school or even district.

Look up a group’s assessments, OSAS and ELPA scores, Essential Skills data, attendance, discipline and course performance.

Use our easy dashboards, or customize pages to your needs. Filter information by demographics. Look at both current and historical data.

Identify students who are at risk of academic failure using our Early Indicator and Intervention System.

Your Data
Each night, we import data from your student information system and from the Oregon Department of Education. A new student in your school will show up in Oregon Data Suite the very next day. We also automate data imports from third-party vendors that allow it. We currently work with AIMSWeb, easyCBM, DIBELS, i-Ready, STAR, SWIS, DESSA, NWEA MAPS, WorkKeys, and HMH Math and Reading Inventory. Plus, we can upload PSAT, SAT, ACT, PLAN, and WorkKeys data.
Support and Training
Our users love how quickly we respond to their questions and requests. We are constantly improving our offerings for all our users, based on feedback people give us. We also provide trainings on how to find and use data to accomplish your needs, even if you need us to come out in person! We’ll show you how to use our tools, interpret your data, evaluate your programs and write your reports.
Early Indicator
and Intervention System
Identify the students who are most at-risk with our Early Indicator and Intervention System. The EIIS pulls data about attendance, behavior, course performance to help you target your support and help your students succeed. The EIIS even presents parent-friendly information about individual students to help you communicate with families.
